November: A Cozy Prelude to the Holidays
Prime Rib Sundays
This is not just a meal — it’s an event. Guests can expect tender, flavorful prime rib, accompanied by potatoes, seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire pudding, and a fresh salad or side soup, all served in our art-deco–inspired dining room and our warm and friendly pub. Available in November and December.
Pasta of the day
For November and December, visit the JBI Restaurant or JBI Pub for a fantastic pasta dinner special 7 nights a week, 4:30-9PM. Styles are house-made, change nightly, and prices vary. Ask your server for details.
Exclusive to the JBI Pub and served from 4-6PM Sunday-Thursday, enjoy our famous lip smacking non-breaded wings & drumettes for just a $1 each when ordering 12 or more with the purchase of any drink. Flavours include Louisiana, red hot & blue, honey & hot sauce, sweet Thai chili, BBQ, teriyaki, honey garlic, salt and pepper, lemon pepper or dry Cajun. Perfect for that mid shopping break.
Holiday Hours & Gift Cards
JBI Pub: Regular hours with the exception of Christmas Eve closing at 4:pm, closed on Christmas Day and open till past midnight on New Year's Eve.
James Bay Inn Restaurant: Regular hours with the exception of Christmas Eve closing at 2pm and closed on Christmas Day.
James Bay Inn Hotel: Open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. With a free continental breakfast for hotel guests on Christmas morning.
Gift Cards: JBI gift cards for the restaurant and/or pub are available in house or online. Simply pop in to the pub or restaurant or order directly from jbipub.com or jbirestaurant.com.

Free Santa Photos at the James Bay Inn
Perhaps the most heartwarming tradition the James Bay Inn offers during the holidays is free Santa photos for guests and the general public. This is no mall experience, it’s a beloved tradition that invites families, holiday travelers, and locals to step into a cozy, nostalgic moment at the Historical James Bay Inn. By appointment only for the general public. Guests of the James Bay Inn Hotel are invited to book ahead or drop in. Please no phone calls, all Santa inquiries MUST be sent to santa@jamesbayinn.com. Cost is free but tips are welcome.
